Sean 'Diddy' Combs Files Motion to Vacate $100M Default Judgment in Sexual Assault Lawsuit Filed by Inmate

Diddy Claims He Was Not Properly Served With Lawsuit Papers

Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a motion to vacate a $100 million default judgment entered against him in a sexual assault lawsuit filed by an inmate.

In the motion, Combs claims he was not properly served with the lawsuit papers. He also claims that he did not have an opportunity to defend himself against the allegations.

The lawsuit was filed by a woman who claims that Combs sexually assaulted her in 2001.

Combs' Attorney Says He Was Not Served With Lawsuit Papers

Combs' attorney, Matthew Rosengart, said in a statement that Combs was not served with the lawsuit papers.

"Mr. Combs was never served with this lawsuit and never had any knowledge of it until after the default judgment was entered," Rosengart said.

Rosengart also said that Combs intends to "vigorously defend" himself against the allegations.

Inmate's Attorney Says Combs Was Properly Served

The inmate's attorney, Lisa Bloom, said in a statement that Combs was properly served with the lawsuit papers.

"We are confident that the court will deny Mr. Combs' motion to vacate the default judgment," Bloom said.

Bloom also said that her client is "looking forward to her day in court" and that she is "confident that she will prevail."
